    Peter J. Eichler, Jr. is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Aletheia Research and Management, Inc., which he founded in 1997. Prior to this, Mr. Eichler spent twelve years at Bear, Stearns & Co. as one of its premier Managing Directors. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Eichler founded the Special Accounts Money Management Division and created the Bear Stearns Insiders Fund. Mr. Eichler has been managing money professionally since 1990 and has been in the securities industry for over 30 years. Mr. Eichler created the Aletheia 100 Insider Index in 1999 and the Aletheia 50 Insider Selling Index in early 2000 based upon his knowledge of, and experience in, investing around the activities of corporate insiders. Mr. Eichler is a Registered Investment Advisor and a General Securities Principal. Mr. Eichler earned a B.A. in History from Santa Clara University.

    Roger B. Peikin is Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and co-founder of Aletheia Research and Management, Inc. Mr. Peikin is NASD-registered as the firm's Financial and Operations Principal, and works extensively in the areas of finance and tax as they relate to Aletheia's management and securities businesses. Prior to Aletheia, Mr. Peikin practiced as a trial lawyer in complex litigation cases with a Los Angeles-based law firm. Mr. Peikin is a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and the State Bar of California. He is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Peikin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University.

    Joseph M. Boskovich is Vice Chairman, Sales and Marketing. Joe joined Aletheia in 2001. Prior to this, Joe served on Aletheia's outside Advisory Board and was one of Aletheia's original shareholders. Joe began his career managing his family's food production and processing business on the central coast of California. Working in sales, marketing, and as CEO, Joe helped to build Boskovich Farms, Inc. into one of the largest privately held companies of its kind. Joe built relationships with companies like Wal-Mart, Costco, Sysco, Safeway, Albertson's, Kroger and Markon. Joe also served as a Board Member of Santa Clarita National Bank and helped negotiate its sale to Security Pacific National Bank in 1993. Joe earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Southern California. He continues his association with University today as a member of the USC Board of Trustees.

    Elizabeth Sanders is Senior Research Director. Ms. Sanders served as Vice-President and General Manager of Nordstrom, Inc. from 1978-1990. Ms. Sanders had full responsibility for the Southern California division and ran all strategic planning, budget, operational and bottom-line activities, as well as management selection, merchandising, and physical plant operations. She built the business to over $1 billion in annual revenues; located, planned and opened 19 stores, and increased the employee base from 350 to 11,000. Prior to joining Aletheia, Ms. Sanders served as a director on the boards of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Washington Mutual Savings Bank, Wellpoint Health Networks, Inc., Advantica Companies, Wolverine Worldwide, Dacor and others.

    Patricia C. Barnes is Senior Vice-President. Ms. Barnes joined Aletheia Research and Management, Inc. at its inception in 1997. Ms. Barnes is a Registered Securities Principal, a Registered Municipal Bond Principal and a Registered Options Principal. Ms. Barnes began her career over twenty years ago with Oppenheimer Mutual Funds. She subsequently worked for Boettcher & Company where she worked in the OTC trading, syndicate, municipal, fixed income and institutional sales departments. Ms. Barnes joined Shearson Lehman in the late 1980's and became registered with the National Futures Association.

    Christine Wright Roper is First Vice-President, Trading. Chris has been a Registered Representative in the securities industry since 1966. Prior to joining Aletheia in 2000, Chris was with predecessor firms of Wachovia Securities--First Union Securities, EVEREN Securities, Kemper Securities and Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards, Inc. During her 37-year career, Chris has been involved with virtually every facet of the stock brokerage industry including retail sales, syndicate, investment banking, trading and back-office operations. Her expertise lies in compliance and supervision. Chris served as Branch Manager and Compliance Officer of Wachovia's retail brokerage office in Century City, California and earned a Registered Investment Advisor's credential in 1999.

    Rina Echavez is First Vice-President, Marketing. She has been a Registered Representative since 1995 and a Series 8 Branch Office Manager since 1999, and also holds the Series 55 Equity Principal license. Prior to joining Aletheia, Rina was with the Century City office of First Union Securities for seven years, where she gained extensive experience in sales, sales administration, client service, operations and compliance. Before joining First Union Securities, she spent eight years in the retail banking industry where she held supervisory positions at First Federal Savings Bank and Fidelity Federal Bank. Rina earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

    Loran F. Graham is First Vice-President, Accounting and Research. Loran is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California, Investment Adviser Representative and Registered Representative in the securities industry. His responsibilities include financial reporting, investment research, and marketing. Loran began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1999 first as an intern and then as an auditor upon graduation. Working in the downtown Los Angeles office, Loran gained valuable experience in the financial services industry before transitioning to Ernst & Young LLP in 2002, where he gained further experience in the planning and supervising of financial audits. Shortly thereafter, Loran joined Aletheia. Loran earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000 with a Specialization in Business and Administration. Loran also holds the Personal Financial Specialist credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Joseph M. Boskovich, Jr. is First Vice-President, Institutional Sales. He began his career as an intern in the Century City office of Bear Stearns & Co.  Joe earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where he was a four year letterman and Academic All-American on USC s National Championship Football Team.  Joe is a Registered Representative in the securities industry, having passed the NASD Series 7 and Series 63 exams.

    John McDowell is First Vice-President, Research. John's responsibilities include equity research and securities analysis. John is an MBA graduate with distinction from the New York University Stern School of Business. Prior to business school, he served as a consultant in the software industry for four years. John earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. John successfully completed all three levels of the CFA examination and is charter pending.

    David Attie is First Vice-President, Institutional Trading.  Prior to joining Aletheia, David worked at UBS in the New York office for 5 years, specializing in prime brokerage services and clearing operations.  David earned his B.A. in International Business and World Trade from State University of New York at Buffalo.  David is a Registered Representative in the securities industry, having passed the NASD Series 7 exam.

    Chad Cook is Vice-President, Sales. Chad earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the Marshall School of Business and his Masters in Accounting and Business at the University of Southern California, where he was a member of USC s National Championship Football Team. Chad began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an auditor upon graduation. Working in the downtown Los Angeles and Irvine offices, Chad gained valuable experience in the financial services industry before transitioning to Aletheia in 2005. Chad is a Registered Representative in the securities industry, having passed the NASD Series 7 and Series 63 exams.

    Sheila Cu is Vice-President, Operations and Administration. Prior to joining Aletheia, Sheila served as administrator at a registered investment advisory firm in downtown Los Angeles, where she managed daily operations and served as liaison to the firm s high net worth clients and various custodial relationships. Sheila began her career in the financial services industry in 2000 at Oppeheimer & Co. working with high net worth clients in the estate planning group. Sheila also has extensive entrepreneurial experience and previously owned a successful chain of quick print franchises in Southern California and Canada. Sheila is an MBA graduate from Pepperdine University as well as a Registered Investment Advisor and Series 7 Registered Representative.

    Roya Salehirad is Vice-President, Trading. Prior to joining Aletheia, Roya was at Smith Barney from 2005 to 2007 in the Managed Accounts, Annuities and IPO department, and from 2001 to 2005 she worked at Oppenheimer & Co. serving high net-worth clients in the Asset Management and Estate Planning division. Roya started in the securities industry in 1998 at UBS/PaineWebber working as an Administrative and Sales Assistant. Roya graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and dual concentration of Marketing and Management.

    Christa McMullin is Vice-President, Trading. Prior to joining Aletheia, Christa worked at Pacific Southwest Financial in the Woodland Hills office for eight years, where she gained extensive experience in operations, support, client service, and compliance. Before joining Pacific Southwest Financial, Christa worked for an independent financial advisor serving high net worth clients. Other experience in the financial services industry includes positions in retail banking at Bank of America. Christa has been a Registered Representative since 2000 and a Series 24 General Securities Principal since 2002. Christa earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English at Loyola Marymount University in Westchester, California.
